If you use the State Web site to pay your annual registration then they will automatically send you a renewal email.

If you pay at the Town Hall each year then you can get an email reminder by going to the State Web Site and clicking on the Sign UP button on the top right side of the page and enter your vehicle details and your email address.  They will send you an email reminder each year.
